Interesting positions analysed by FinalGen

Interesting positions analysed by FinalGen

Postby guyhaw » Wed May 10, 2017 6:58 am

I would like to compile a list of interesting positions which have been or could reasonably be analysed by FinalGen.

'Historical significance' is relevant to the adjective 'intersting': World Championship matches etc.

Details of how many GBytes were required and how long the analysis took would be useful to understand FinalGen's requirements a bit more.

Thanks in advance - Guy

This is an epic idea, you guys. I am obsessed with FinalGen and determined to compile a list of cool positions for this thread. I will be parsing millions of games via ChessBase 14 and the recently published lichess libraries for cool 7/8/9-men end games. I'll report back with what I find!

Also, ripost, your p2p idea from the other thread is brilliant. Let's make it happen!
